Terms and Conditions

This document discloses the term & condition practices for the website & subsequently the business alike.

A non-refundable deposit of £10 will be taken when booking afternoon tea

The first party agrees they will give  24 hours notice via a telephone call for all cancellations or charges will incur which includes the non-refundable deposit.

The second party (Flora Tea Rooms) will give 48 hours notice by telephone call for any cancellations unless an emergency situation arises.

The second party will respect confidentiality and follow codes of ethics throughout their employment. Will provide any receipts of additional expenses or equipment purchased on agreement with first party.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested. Your personal information will be stored securely and not passed on to any third parties.

Both parties agree on what is stated above and both realise this is a binding contract.
